1. Digital Nature of Service
Instasite.in is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform. Upon subscription, our system immediately allocates AI processing power, cloud hosting space, and automated web-generation tools to your account. Due to the immediate nature of these digital deliveries, we maintain a Strict No-Refund Policy.
2. No Refunds on Subscriptions
· Active Plans: Once a subscription (Starter, Professional, or Business) is purchased and payment is successful, no full or partial refunds will be issued.
· Domain & SSL: Fees paid for domain registration, renewal, or SSL certificates are non-refundable as these are third-party costs incurred immediately upon your request.
· Unused Features: Any unused AI credits, storage space, or premium features at the end of a billing cycle will not be eligible for a refund or credit and cannot be carried forward.
3. Cancellation Policy
· You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Instasite Dashboard.
· Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, your website will remain live and your access to the platform will continue until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
· Future Billing: No further charges will be applied once the cancellation is processed. However, you are responsible for any charges incurred prior to the cancellation.
4. Exceptional Cases
Refunds will only be evaluated in the following specific scenarios:
· Duplicate Payment: If a technical glitch causes a double charge for the same transaction, the duplicate amount will be refunded after verification.
· Service Non-Activation: If your website builder dashboard is not activated within 48 hours of a successful payment due to a technical error on our part.
5. Data Policy After Cancellation
Upon the expiration of a cancelled subscription, your website data will be archived for 30 days. If the subscription is not renewed within this period, all website files, databases, and associated content will be permanently deleted from our servers.
