By accessing our dashboard, creating a website, or purchasing our subscription plans, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Overview

Instasite.in provides an AI-driven Software as a Service (SaaS) platform for instant website generation, cloud hosting, and digital business tools.

2. Account Registration and Use

· Accuracy: You must provide accurate business and personal information during registration.

· Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

· Prohibited Use: You may not use Instasite.in for hosting illegal content, phishing, or unauthorized activities.

· Plan Restriction: One subscription is restricted to the number of websites/domains allowed as per the purchased plan.

3. Subscription, Pricing, and Payments

· Plan Structure: We offer structured plans (Starter, Professional, and Business) starting from ₹7,000/year.

· Payment Terms: All payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. Prices are inclusive of GST as mentioned at the time of checkout.

· Renewal: Subscriptions are valid for the period purchased (Monthly/Yearly) and must be renewed to keep the website live.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

· Strict No-Refund Policy: Since Instasite.in provides immediate access to digital AI tools, hosting resources, and SSL certificates, we follow a Strict No-Refund Policy.

· Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, previously paid amounts will not be refunded or prorated.

5. AI-Generated Content and User Responsibility

· AI Content: While our AI generates website layouts, copy, and SEO metadata, the final responsibility for the accuracy, copyright, and legality of the published content lies solely with the user.

· Review Before Live: Users are advised to review all AI-generated text and images before making the website public.

· No Infringement: Users must not upload images or text that violate third-party intellectual property rights.

6. Hosting and Domain Services

· Uptime: We strive to provide 99.9% server uptime. However, we are not liable for temporary outages due to maintenance or third-party cloud provider issues.

· Domain Ownership: If you connect a custom domain, you are responsible for its renewal and compliance with ICANN regulations.

· Data Loss: While we take regular backups, users are encouraged to maintain their own copies of website content.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Right Business Avenues LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business reputation arising from your use of the website builder or hosting services.

8. Intellectual Property

· Platform: All software, AI algorithms, designs, and logos of Instasite.in are the intellectual property of Right Business Avenues LLP.

· User Content: Users retain ownership of the original business data and images they upload; however, the website's technical structure remains a part of the Instasite SaaS ecosystem.

9. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and take your website offline immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms (including hosting prohibited content or failed payments).

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bharat. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vadodara, Gujarat.
